At the press briefing of the 133rd Canton Fair on April 13, Mr. Xu Bing, Spokesperson of the Canton Fair, Deputy Director General of China Foreign Trade Centre, introduced the improvement in exhibition services in this session.

Xu stressed that the 133rd Canton Fair has innovated and enriched exhibition services, and optimized service procedures to offer guests at home and abroad a pleasant experience.

Improve on-site services

Overseas buyers can make online application for entry badges. The Canton Fair have opened a new registration hall and set up 5 registration offices in the Complex as well as in 8 hotels in Guangzhou to provide more convenience for buyers to get a badge offline. The exhibition has expanded the scale of pilot beautified standard booths and upgraded some standard booths. The Fair has improved signs and guides in the Complex, offeringshuttletransportation services all over the Complex. Also the Fair will continue to provide onsite information service.

Improve catering services

Online meal ordering is provided. All catering service providers in the Complex provide online order, onsite pick-up, large order delivery services.

Improve the intelligent level of customer service

According to online and offline personalized demands, "intelligent customer service, online human customer service" in multiple languages and channels will be provided to guests.

Create a welcoming city atmosphere

The main visual images and promotional videos will be released at nearly 1,000 points in important areas and along important routes of Guangzhou, and activities such as drone shows and light shows will be held. Tourist attractions and large shopping malls in Guangzhou have launched a number of special tourist routes and exclusive preferential activities for the Canton Fair.
