The 128th China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, has made efforts to optimize and upgrade its cloud exhibitions, especially the exhibit search and big data matching functions, providing exhibitors with convenient and efficient experiences.

Charles Simms, a buyer from Jamaica, also a regular attendee of the fair for 15 years, said, “At the Canton Fair, I am exposed to new technologies and can learn about new trends, which helps my business a lot.”

The ongoing 128th Canton Fair, running from Oct 15 to 24, further impressed Simms, who said that the upgraded online exhibition platform is easy to understand and use, and he can totally follow the online guidelines to find the products he wants to learn about.

The online exhibition platform of the 128th Canton Fair set up specialized columns for exhibitors, including virtual exhibition, livestreaming marketing, cross-border e-commerce and supporting services to integrate the services of online exhibition, marketing and promotion and online negotiation. 

Exhibitors can display their strengths, image and products through pictures and videos, taking advantage of 3D and virtual reality technologies.

These optimized services also got a thumb’s up from a Mexican buyer, who said: “Since the last Canton Fair embraced online exhibition for the first time, we were not used to it, and our online communication with exhibitors was not timely and smooth. “However, the situation has been turned around at this fair, where we have convenient and efficient communication.” 

Exhibitors at the Canton Fair are of high quality, which can be recognized by their displays of products with cutting-edge technologies, the buyer added.
