The 128th China Export and Import Fair is being held online with new modes thanks to the trading delegations from different regions’ active participation and service support.

The Guangdong trading delegation has arranged every task with a specially-assigned representative, including in the fields of network security, livestreaming marketing, intellectual property protection and transaction statistics.

The Jiangsu trading delegation utilized 5G, 3D, virtual reality, augmented reality and big data technologies to help exhibitors optimize online platforms. It designed virtual exhibition halls for its member companies to use for free, enhancing the function of the VR booths and ensuring the information safety.

The trading delegation from Beijing has made efforts to help its members improve their platform personalization by communicating with a technical team from the fair, compiling the answers to questions into documents to improve work efficiency.

The Zhejiang trading delegation encourages independent brands focused on research and development and eco-friendliness to participate in the fair. A total of 2,058 independent brands from Zhejiang are exhibiting at the fair, accounting for one-third of the Zhejiang trading delegation’s booths.

The Tianjin trading delegation organized its exhibitors to sell products in Tianjin Heping Street, one of the busiest streets in the city. The move aims to create a high-quality display and sales platform of foreign trade products and broaden domestic sales channels of export products.

The Shanghai trading delegation formulated a procedure for IP protection and trade dispute resolution during the 128th CIEF. The delegation encourages local businesses to upload IP certificates to prevent infringements.
